USPS Calculated Shipping does not display shipping costs in Google Products as costs will vary depending on the buyer’s zip code. As a result, shipping costs shown in Google Products will show as “free shipping”. Regardless, shipping will incur a cost.

How can you verify the authenticity of items that do not come with a paper COA?
In some cases, especially with Fanatics, which is the largest sports memorabilia company in the nation (and the world), items come only with the hologram, and not with the paper certificate. However, this hologram can be verified on their corresponding websites, guaranteeing the item's authenticity.

What is the Shipping Cost for International Orders on Deluxe 44x36 Framed Jerseys?
Due to the size of the deluxe frame jerseys, which measures 44x36, we may not be able to ship these to Canada or other international locations. If you are interested in a deluxe framed jersey, contact us to see how we can assist. Please note that Ecrater is set to USPS prices on the all items, but these prices DO NOT reflect the actual cost, and therefore, may incur additional charges. Contact us for more info.

Do you accept order cancellations?
Yes, we do but they must be made within 24 hours. Also, if there are any fees associated with the cancellation, we will be not refunding any fees as we are being penalized for them.

Are you still shipping orders regardless of COVID-19?

Do you offer Framing Services for Jerseys?
Yes, we have 2 framing styles that we use for jerseys. Each service costs $295 (not including shipping) and takes about 2 weeks or sooner. The 1st service is for vertical frames measuring 42x34. The 2nd service is for horizontal frames measuring 43x35. NOTE: Price does not include shipping cost. If you have further questions, contact us for more information.

Are all of your items in stock?
Yes, for the most part they are, but sometimes items sell out. We try to update inventory as best we can. And if we run out of a particular item, we will gladly refund you fully or offer you a similar substitution.

Do your items come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes, all of our autographed items come with COAs from the top authentication companies: Beckett, PSA, JSA, Steiner, etc. All of our autographed items are guaranteed 100% authentic.

Do you accept returns?
Refunds are accepted within 7 business days. Items must be in its original condition to receive a refund. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. After the 7-day period, all sales are final.

Do you ship to International locations?
Yes, we ship international with Tracking # and Insurance. Items must be shipped USPS Priority or Express. NOTE: We Do Not ship heavy framed items (ex: jerseys) overseas due to damage. We only ship framed items to Canada internationally. Also, please be aware that there may be customs fees set by your own country. We have no control over this.

What Shipping Method do you use?
We normally ship USPS (Priority or Express). However, on some items that are oversized, we ship UPS Ground for the protection of the item.
